The clean geometric volumes, subtle interventions and carefully considered scale shape a project that balances contemporary expression with the timeless tradition of Greek architecture.

The residence is organised as a sequence of interior and outdoor spaces, where the boundaries between the built and natural environments remain deliberately blurred.

Expansive glazed surfaces allow the sea to enter the interior visually, while the stonework, terraces and planting follow the rhythm of the natural terrain, creating a continuous transition from living space to landscape.

As the light changes throughout the day, the textures of the natural stone take on different qualities, while the volumes alternate between shadow and radiance.

At night, discreet architectural lighting highlights the geometry of the composition without competing with the dark landscape or the horizon.

The project does not seek spectacle; it chooses silence, detail and authenticity as its essential means of expression.
